This Sunday, September 15: Pastor Graham will conclude our summer sermon series exploring Jesus’s statements “I am..” The recent Little Bay mission trip will also be presented. Our new series will be introduced next Sunday!
Kids’ Club: Regular classes, during the morning prayer and message portions of the service, children will be dismissed during the congregational prayer time
Little Bay Mission Trip: This annual ministry was led by Pastor Graham and has returned after a profitable ministry week. The team is continuing to meet as long-term ministry opportunities are explored. A presentation will take place today.
Men’s Breakfast will be held on Saturday, October 5. Men, please join us for an informal get together and breakfast at the Curling Club beside Tudhope Park at 8 am on Saturday, October 5.
Baby Shower for Graham & Katrina: Please plan to attend this happy occasion as we show our continued love and support to Graham and Katrina with the expectation of the new addition to their family. A church baby shower will be held on Sunday, October 6, following our service and integrated with our church luncheon. More details to follow.
Church family luncheon: This is a great time of fellowship following the morning communion service. Sunday, October 6 luncheon will be held after the communion service in the lower level.
OAC Community Resources: Information cards are now available outlining the resources being offered to our community. These include ALPHA (life questions and marriage), Marriage Mentoring, Life’s Healing Choices and CAP money course. These are fully explained on our web page or ask Pastor Graham or Bill for more information.
Bi weekly prayer meeting: A group has been gathering bi-weekly for prayer concerns from our community and beyond. You are invited to attend at the Freeman home at 12 Cowan St from 7 pm – 8 pm this evening on September 15.
Small Groups: Would you like to meet with others through the week for prayer, Bible study and fellowship? Groups have taken a summer recess, please contact a pastor regarding a new group or joining one in the fall.
Living for Jesus: URGENT PRAYER request is for the Lord to provide a new location for this vital ministry. An area of approximately 5,000 sq feet is required. When God’s people pray, the Lord reveals exciting possibilities!
