Money and finances are a huge part of our lives. Managing finances can be challenging and stressful. The CAP Money Course is a revolutionary money management course that will give you the opportunity to learn skills that have a lasting impact on your finances. This course will help you to gain more control over your finances. You will be given tools to build a budget and manage your money well.
In partnership with Christians Against Poverty, we are pleased to offer this course in our community. It typically runs over three sessions. It is free and everyone is welcome!
Christians Against Poverty Canada (CAP) was founded by John Kirkby in Bradford, UK in 1996. In the twenty-plus years since then, CAP has expanded to Australia and New Zealand and reached Canada in 2013. You can read all about John’s incredible story, and the early days of Christians Against Poverty in Nevertheless – a book that chronicles those days from John’s personal journals.
I do believe that God has given us a 21st Century answer to one of the most pressing social needs within society today. Jesus met people’s needs with love, compassion and practical help. Our desire is to simply do the same and watch the miracles unfold. Please get involved in this amazing, God inspired ministry.
